Through our Workplace Giving Program we are committed to giving back to the community and to our five worthy charities that our employees feel passionately about. We embody our FIERCE values through volunteering, donating, and skill-sharing and are dedicated to help those in need.
Round Up for Charity
HOYTS encourages our guests to support our nominated charities, and forge connections between our teams and the community. Our guests have the option to ‘round up for charity’ at any HOYTS cinema point of sale. All proceeds will be equitably donated to HOYTS charity partners. You can help make a difference and support these worthy causes.

Our 2023 Gender Pay Gap Analysis
As a key action to help improve workplace gender equality, the gender pay gaps for nearly 5000 Australian private sector employers were published for the first time in February 2024 by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). The HOYTS Group is supportive of this step towards transparency and accountability in addressing the gender pay gap.
